JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Product Manager of Ad Technology on Roku applications is responsible for taking ownership of a range of products and will facilitate bringing innovation to market, as well as provide support, maintenance and ongoing improvement/development of all ad technology that is implemented across various Roku applications. The Senior Product Manager of Ad Technology on Roku applications will facilitate, plan, manage, and lead various teams on a variety of projects.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product roadmap for CTV apps. creates and prioritizes product backlog for all Roku apps.
- Translate complex business initiatives into specific technical requirements/tasks for the engineering team
- Lead initiatives to elevate user experience and improve monetization across CTV inventory.
- Manage a variety of projects that includes providing analysis and presenting project plan, scope, and risks
- Guide cross-functional teams in execution of project activities.
- Guide team on video ad-tech best practices. Conducts design and code reviews. and provides approval for production deployment.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish recurring working group and status meetings to track milestones, risks and tasks
- Own and lead the product training(s), maintenance, and optimization process
- Ensure timely communications and educates internal and external stakeholders on tech requirements, development progress and project timelines
- Manage the ad tech stack on Roku applications and platform definition, execution, evolution and new features
- Lead the ad tech stack integrations (DSP, DMP, SSP, ad servers, site analytics, Prebid, APS, IMA SDK) across various Roku applications
- Primary point of contact for project issues and/or troubleshooting in regards to ad tech platform integrations on Roku applications
- Responsible for troubleshooting on ad tech implementation
- Establish best practices, priorities, processes and procedures for Ad Ops and Programmatic Teams
- Support contract negotiation with ad tech vendors for Roku applications and train internal teams on new ad tech capabilities on Roku applications
- Create and maintain reports for executives and stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Digital product management experience that includes designing, developing, and delivering digital products
- 5+ years of experience in ad tech and video technologies
- Experience managing an ad technology ecosystem on Roku applications
- Must have experience working with GAM (i.e. IMA SDK)
- Exhibits advanced knowledge in ad-serving technology, and programmatic landscape
- Prior experience in a role on a cross-functional team with successful product ownership demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dead-line driven and rapidly changing environment
- Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization
- Effective self-starter with the proven ability to manage and deliver business projects effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits passion for digital products, their inner workings, and how people use them
- Exhibits passion for new media distribution, digital monetization, and keeping up to date with emerging platforms and the latest technology trends

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $118,000.00-148,500.00 annually for California, Washington, New York City and Westchester County, NY. $98,300.00-123,700.00 annually for Colorado. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
