  • Driv e and execut e the strategy and roadmap to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data science, sales, marketing and operations to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision and objectives.
  • Gather and analyze data from customer behaviors, preferences, demographics and marketing trends, utilizing modern technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analytics.
  • Identify customer insight from the collected data to understand customer wants, needs and pain points.
  • Assess product performance metrics, identifying trends and insights and implement improvements based on data-driven decisions.
  • Fortify your connection with your customers to understand their needs to inform the roadmap. Map these opportunities in user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Organizing the sprints, prioritizing the product backlog, and providing clarity around requirements to the product development group.
  • Regularly communicate your product development progress to the rest of the organization.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…

  • Possess an understanding of software development lifecycle and SCRUM framework.
  • Driving and executing the roadmap for a brand new B2B consumer insights / primary research data product.
  • Working closely with all cross functional members of our team – research, design, product, engineering, data science, and data analytics to prioritize and define product requirements.
  • Bring a minimum of two years of Retail experience.
  • Have excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and workflow diagrams.
  • Have strong communication skills towards all levels and can breakdown technical platform information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • W ork with global teams across time zones.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 2 years’ experience in product management, project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related field OR 4 years’ experience in project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related fields.
  • Has experience in expanding a core product into a foreign market not just localization but also understanding to what it’ll take to scale.
  • C an naturally dig deep into understanding their users, design, and deliver products that beautifully addresses user needs and adheres to the current strategy.
  • Outcome driven approach to product management with the capability to work backwards from an ambiguous starting point by making use of quant data, product feedback, and organizational goals.
  • Understanding of basic data analytics and data science concepts
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical insights to end customers

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or Project/Program Management
  • Experience launching Enterprise / B2B web and mobile apps
  • Familiarity with market research domain
  • Strong attention to detail and bias towards speed
  • Effective communicator and collaborator
  • User-centric product management approach
  • Strong understanding of agile practices and product delivery
