Responsibilities:
As a Partnership Success Manager, you are the primary partner facing role responsible for partnership success through the management of program deliveries and strong partnership relationships. The prevailing business priority is for smooth implementation and the partners successful adoption and productive use of Unitek Learning’s Workforce Development Solutions. You are front and center with our partner supporting their workforce development journey and empowering them to achieve more.
- Managing a soft handoff between the sales team and implementation team.
- Fulfill partnership contract obligations by driving quality planning and delivery of solutions services to realize partnership business outcomes and overall experience with workforce development.
- Creating partnership success plans strategically solving workforce shortage(s) with the healthcare partner.
- Partnering with teams to create engagement framework for each functional area of the partnership including prioritizing and organizing communication.
- Orchestration of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure the workforce solution is successfully meeting the partnership’s key performance indicators.
- Track, escalate, and plan for the remediation of operational blockers.
- Consider customer feedback to create strategies including cross-selling solutions to raise the lifetime value of the partnership and encouraging brand advocacy.
- Managing strategic solutions adoption at both organizations within the partnership.
- Educating and motivating your partnership success team.
- Manage multiple projects regarding partnership success.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly innovative, motivated and passionate Senior Partnership Success Manager (SPSM) to drive program implementation and management for strategic partnerships running concurrently.
Experience – 7+ years of success in complex operational engagement management and/or program management required. Prior work experience in a Program Manager or Engagement Manager position in higher education.
Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Higher Education Administration, Public Relations, Learning Design and Technology, Engineering or related field preferred. Certification(s) in the following preferred: PMP Preferred or 5+ years of transferable experience.
Leadership – This role requires strong communication skills, as well as displaying executive presence and confidence in varying levels of customer situations. The SPSN must show leadership in teams comprised of Unitek Learning and Healthcare Partner resources who may be engaged in the delivery of complex workforce solutions for overall partnership success.
Relationship Building – Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in large or highly strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements required.
Program Management – Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail required.
Project Management: PMP Preferred
Collaboration and Communication – Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication. Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior executives in higher education and healthcare, nursing management, program delivery, and support services).
Technical – Experience project management software, learning management systems, Microsoft software, and customer relationship management systems. Knowledge of hospital systems in order to leverage workforce solutions.
