Job Duties: Oversee supply chain and raw material planning in a biotherapeutic cell therapy manufacturing environment. Perform New Product Introduction; ERP, procurement, planning, and distribution processes. Utilize software including MRP, ERP Master Dada and Inventory Management (SAP, Veeva, and Compliance Wire). Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company. Develop and manage material requirements planning for T-cell to ensure seamless supply of raw materials, consumables, components, starting materials, manufacturing of intermediates and final product, and availability to plan of goods/materials to manufacturing. Develop and execute T-cell therapy inventory management processes including monitoring, optimizing of raw materials, consumables, components, intermediates and final product at internal and external manufacturing sites. Lead cross-functional team and collaborate with external manufacturers through a robust material management program. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Operations and Quality to ensure a robust inventory management and material requirement planning program is developed and sustained. Develop Master Data program. Collaborate with Material Qualification, Procurement, and others to maintain a nimble, accurate, and robust processes. Develop and analyze inventory and material requirement plan inputs and outputs and provide resolutions or mitigation plan. Develop and implement tools/software to enable MRP, ERP Master Data and Inventory Management. Develop and own MRP, Inventory, Master Data (Material) procedures Interfaces throughout the organization, including Senior Management. Define and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in reliability, cost, and speed of the supply chain. Promote the effective use of a Material Resources Planning (MRP) system, including ongoing optimization and enhancements of the system.Work with external suppliers to establish the appropriate delivery schedules for individual components, specifying quantity and frequency targeting on-time delivery; coordinate with Warehouse team and Procurement as needed. Monitor performance of the department, including developing, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and trend data, and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement. Prepares and presents reports, as needed, to track department and organizational goals. Lead the Site ERP team manage ERP team resource allocation for projects. Build relationship with the IT peers and business sponsors to bridge the GAP between the ERP services and business needs. Partner with Solution Architects to advance the technical and functional capabilities for the related ERP product and process areas. Supervise five (5) professional individuals.

Requirements: Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management, Pharmaceutical Science, Biological Engineering or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in the position offered or a related position, including two years of experience in overseeing supply chain and raw material planning in a biotherapeutic cell therapy manufacturing environment; performing New Product Introduction; ERP, procurement, planning, and distribution processes; and utilizing software including MRP, ERP Master Dada and Inventory Management (SAP, Veeva, and Compliance Wire).

Salary: $135,000 to $150,000 / year
