Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive and integrated approach to driving awareness of HuFriedyGroup products and services by creating marketing programs, campaigns, platforms and communication deliverables that support and enable strategic business objectives and drive profitable growth. To be successful in this role you will have proven project management orientation and be able to successfully drive multiple projects and campaigns at once.

*This position can be located anywhere in the continental U.S. with occasional travel to Chicago.

Responsibilities
• Serves as the primary point of contact to assigned business unit as liaison between the product team and brand management. Identifies business unit’s goals, objectives, and revenue targets to in turn develop and execute marketing strategy to achieve desired business results.
• Leads and develops the execution of high-impact marketing programs, from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, that strengthen and grow the HuFriedyGroup brand and portfolio of products and services.
• Works closely with internal and external partners on the creation of promotions, marketing campaigns, launches, etc. that drive business growth.
• Leads the development, execution and measurement of audience-focused integrated campaigns and programs to support business objectives and goals.
• Manages cross-functional teams to drive integration and execute tactical plans.
• Leads the development of Marketing campaigns and guides creative direction for use in various online channels: email, social media, web/banner ads, search and other tactics for inclusion on earned, owned and paid media including dealer websites and in various other media outlets.
• Manages campaign timelines, weekly status, review and approval processes; seeks opportunities to maximize efficiencies and management of processes.
• Working in partnership with the Design team, develops creative briefs and guides creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing and public–facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Partners with international teammates to launch products globally.
• Serves as active member of the Global Marketing Council to ensure connectiveness and resonance of messaging, position and branding on a global brand level.
• Creates and maintains marketing effectiveness dashboard of key performance metrics and return on investment analysis. Presents data to key stakeholders, including members of the Dental Executive Leadership team, and recommends actions as appropriate.
• Participates in yearly planning sessions; Presents options and recommendations to Strategic Business Units.
• Effectively communicate programs, strategies, expectations and results across the marketing department and within appropriate levels in the organization.

Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an advertising/marketing/product management position
• Proven ability to work independently on information discovery and research projects
• Proven ability to connect messages to target audiences
• Solid understanding of, and experience with, graphic design, printing and production of printed materials
• Knowledge in the area of data and analysis
• Excellent creative and business writing skills along with strong verbal presentation skills
• Strong project management, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• PC literacy required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Macintosh literacy helpful but not required
• Proofreading skills required
Preferred Experience
• B2B marketing experience preferred
• Progressive project responsibilities strongly preferred

Pay range for this opportunity is $72,440.00 – $97,513.50. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Employees (and their families) may enroll in our company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans and the company’s 401k plan. Employees are covered by an employee assistance program (also available to household members) and long-term disability. Full-Time Employees are also eligible for short-term disability. Full-time Employees will also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service and paid Holidays. Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
