The Senior Manager, Logistics Analytics is a pivotal leadership position within our organization, responsible for orchestrating the strategic application of data analytics to transform our logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves crafting a transformational analytics strategy, overseeing data management and advanced analytics, and monitoring key performance indicators to continuously improve logistics efficiency.
This leader collaborates with the entire End-to-End supply chain team and external partners, ensuring the leverage of ground breaking technologies to champion innovation and optimize logistics processes.
Cost management is central to this role, with responsibilities encompassing budget development, monitoring, and control.
The Senior Logistics Analytics Manager is also tasked with conducting cost audits and variance analysis, finding opportunities for cost reduction, and driving process improvements to improve financial transparency.
Furthermore, this role involves staying attuned to industry trends and leading special projects to fuel innovation within the logistics department.
The Senior Logistics Analytics Manager acts as a catalyst for change, championing fulfillment segmentation strategies to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Analytics and data visualization to drive cost optimization and promote continuous improvement:
- Orchestrate the data collection, validation and cleansing process to drive data accuracy and integrity for in-depth analytical insights to achieve outstanding business results
- Lead regular performance efficiency assessment by tracking relevant metrics to logistics operations and sharing meaningful and actionable insights to deliver operational process excellence
- Convert data into captivating visual narratives through appealing visualizations and dynamically evolving dashboards
- Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and optimization, to solve complex logistics challenges and find opportunities for improvement
Design strategic analytics and lead innovation:
- Design a logistics analytics strategy, pioneering innovation and leading a transformational journey aligned with the overall Supply Chain strategy
- Continuously explore the vanguard of external and industry trends as well as internal Global standard processes in the area of analytics and cost optimization
- Ensures that insights and knowledge gained during the analysis process are systematically documented and effectively applied, leveraging the wisdom acquired from past initiatives to enhance outcomes
Develop and present Logistics Budget to Senior Management team and own the process of monthly tracking of adherence:
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop multiple budget scenarios that consider various economic and operational factors
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including all assumptions, calculations, and supporting data. Ensure transparency and audit-ability of the budget
- Lead a regular process of risks and opportunities identification and financial risks assessment
Special projects management and Global Logistics strategy support:
- Closely collaborate with Global and Network Design modeling teams to actively support in assessing logistics cost optimization scenarios
- Lead customer fulfillment segmentation update and support projects to deliver tailored solutions design and implementation
- Explore the integration of innovative technologies and tools to optimize cost analysis processes
Lead Funding The Growth program (FTG):
- Champion the FTG program execution excellence
- Foster collaboration across departments, working closely with procurement, operations, End-to-End and finance teams to drive ideation of new initiatives targeting innovation, cost-saving and efficiency improvements within logistics operations
- Coordinate FTG database review, update and data integrity
Logistics Cost Audit Program Management:
- Own the program of detailed audits of logistics invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements, tariffs, and industry standards maximising the latest technology solutions available
- Generate regular reports summarizing audit results, cost recovery achievements, and savings opportunities
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations, providing insights to optimize freight cost management strategies
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Logistics or any related field
- 7 or more years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Proven practical experience in Logistics (Transportation and Warehousing)
- Advanced analytical skills and excellent project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid systems experience, including SAP, Domo, Tableau, Google suit, Google Data Studio
- Experience working on projects using Lean Six Sigma principles
- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
- Good understanding of cross functional business process, including Finance, Customer Development Organisation, and Manufacturing
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $125,600.00 – $164,850.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate’s 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
