Overview and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, International FP&A, TV Media Markets will help coordinate and liaise with the FP&A teams throughout Paramount International TV Media in order to deliver efficient and effective FP&A processes and outputs. The ideal team member will have broad financial experience in media, entertainment, technology, or an adjacent industry. The successful candidate will have a consistent track record of excelling in a fast-paced, constantly evolving workplace culture.
- Support TV Media International Market’s Financial Planning & Analytical processes
- Develops open communication and productive relationships with leadership, operations, and finance, including the COEs (Centers of Excellence)
- Works in collaboration with the systems teams and management to develop and improve our analytical tools and processes
- Supports ERP workstreams, to ensure key milestones are met for target go-live date
- Support all planning processes including monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plans.
- Overseeing provision of detailed guidance & instruction outlining the processes and deliverables
- Management and communication of the planning calendar ensuring coordination with all partners, local finance, COEs, segment and corporate teams
- Deliver timely, accurate, and effective analysis and reporting of financial performance
- Collaborate with other finance teams and senior leaders to identify and monitor risks and opportunities
- Work closely with systems team to ensure that processes are automated where possible, and to optimize the support received
- Support change management and process changes during a period of transformation
- Creation and ongoing improvement of all planning and analytical presentation decks for management purposes
- Reporting to senior personnel, including regularly at exec level in monthly forecast updates
- Anticipates business needs and influences decisions via insightful analysis, narrative, and recommendations
- Understand new system products and work with COEs to help integrate/utilize to improve current COE processes
- Be a go to contact for COE analysts for additional general systems / International Markets knowledge /support
- Support the design of scoping and reporting new system hierarchies, master data governance
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Strong system skills & advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with vast amounts of data
- Commercially focused with a client service approach

- Advanced degree or certification a plus (MBA, CPA, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 – 140,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
