Job Description
Publicis Re:Sources is seeking an operations manager to support Epsilon Data Management, a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe. Epsilon’s compliance program around preventing consumer data from being provided or sold to entities or persons engaged in fraudulent or deceptive marketing is expanding. The individual filling this role will ensure that Epsilon’s program is successfully positioned to identify, prevent and mitigate risk, and to achieve and sustain consistently high and measurable levels of compliance. The operations manager will work closely with Legal Compliance counterparts. The position will report to Epsilon’s Chief Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as overall operations lead for compliance-oriented initiatives
- Execute the annual risk assessment
- Develop opportunities for improving consistency, automation and efficiency. Drive solution implementation
- Oversee the development of management reporting and dashboards for Legal Compliance. Prepare regular reporting
- Manage the integration of newly acquired companies
- Plan for and manage the expansion of the compliance program to new products or services offered by Epsilon
- Maintain accurate metrics to enable effective operational and strategic reporting for internal stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day and ad hoc compliance guidance to departments across the company
- Work cross-functionally within Epsilon to identify potential areas of compliance risk, develop and implement mitigation plans for resolving relevant issues, provide guidance on how to avoid or handle similar situations in the future, and implement processes and systems, as appropriate
- Maintain records of Epsilon’s compliance activities
- Supervise others as appropriate
- Foster a culture of integrity, responsibility, awareness, and transparency
The salary range is $90k – $100k. This is the salary range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from 4 year college or university required; advanced degree preferred
- At least 5-7 years compliance or risk experience working in an in-house compliance role or as a compliance consultant
- Experience with performing risk assessments required
- Experience in consumer data, advertising, ad-tech, digital advertising technology or marketing services industries a strong plus. Experience in a highly regulated industry also a plus
- Strong networking & interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written skills
- Effective time management, project management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & Teams
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel and/or SQL
- Ability to work in a complex, highly collaborative, geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Track record of working across an organization to get things done
- Team-oriented, comfortably establishes rapport across virtual/remote relationships
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
- Ability to foster a culture of integrity and transparency
