Our client is looking for a Senior Leasing Consultant to ensure the success of the leasing office, team, and building financial performance through effective leadership. The Senior Leasing Consultant will ensure accuracy of data, systems, reporting and file maintenance on a daily basis as well as control leasing experience to ensure positive results among other duties. This role will operate fully onsite out of our client’s New York, NY office.
- Salary: $80,000
Responsibilities:
- Optimize marketing and advertising; seek new opportunities
- Maximize conversion, retention, rents and revenue
- Promote teamwork with all building staff
- Broker and community outreach
- Monitor competition and market trends
- Meet or exceed budget projections and expectations; establish team goals
- Resident relations
- Meet deadlines
- Team performance administration, apprising direct supervisor as needed
- Pro-active communication and action; forward thinking
- Imbue ownership and creativity
- Flexible availability
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site luxury multi-family leasing OR 3 years of relevant experience in an off-site Real Estate industry role
- Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with On-site.com, Sales Force and/or LRO a plus
- Active New York Real Estate Salespersons license
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
