Senior HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Supports identification, standardization, hiring and pay and leave of personnel and position data
  • Build/Modify dashboards to suit client need in tight timeframes
  • Assists in development of PD generator
  • Assists in management and analysis of personnel and position data
  • Extracts/ transforms loads data and designs and develops reports needed for HRM leadership
  • Presents and communicates reports and visualizations to the HRM Support Lead
  • Processes/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysis

Qualifications

  • Requires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience or a Masters and 10+ years
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
  • Previous Data Analysis experience within the IC
  • Strong Tableau experience required
  • Tools: MS Office, COTS Data tools, Tableau, Python, SQL, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, Lawson

Target Salary Range

$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
