Purpose:
As our ideal candidate for this dynamic and rewarding role, your responsibilities will consist of the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership, training, development, and guidance to the Document Control team.
Responsible for input to the Technical Document Control Plan.
Responding to the specific document control needs of projects including support of document controllers within the team.
Responsible for Work Practices (procedure and work instruction development).
Responsible for Reporting and Stewardship.
Provides technical support for Software applications in Management of Document Control including system set-up, testing, and training.
Collaboration with project disciplines.
Analyze processes using metrics collected.
Identify and develop process improvements needed to support core business functions.
Qualifications
Technical school graduate with 5+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 to 10+ years EPC Document Control support and experience in a senior capacity.
Strong working knowledge of Document Control responsibilities.
Procedure and work instruction development
Advanced MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and document control software.
Good working knowledge of document management systems, processes, and procedures.
Experience in an Engineering Environment, including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams
Strong technical and problem-solving skills including experience using SQL inquiries or other software research tools.
Ability to understand, analyze, and define data content and generate reports.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information.
Ability to work in a confident, self-directed manner prioritizing a high volume of work.
Process analysis, Technical writing, and Business analysis

Hourly: $39.42- $57.97
