The Role

Do you want to make a difference in our customers’ lives and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to delivering Integration Solutions to our clients within the Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) Group?

We are looking for a Senior Deployment Manager for Order and Trade Integration who will report directly to the Team Leader within the Integration Solution (IS) Product Area. You will assist Fidelity Institutional (FI) Clients and Fintechs to consume our Integration Products while supporting the efficiency and quality of the deployment experience. You are a customer-centric leader who will manage the adoption of the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) offering for seamless FIX enablement and execution. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Anticipating, discover through ongoing interaction with Client/Fintech, and prioritize their needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of deployment resources.
  • Assisting Clients to adopt our new FIX Integration Solutions.
  • Defining and documenting the new deployment standards and procedures as needed.
  • Supporting client’s using third party OMS/EMS on Fidelity’s clearing platforms via FIX protocol and upload processes.
    • Gathering requirements
    • Testing connections with vendor
    • Advising on FIX specifications
    • Analyzing FTO files
    • Post deployment research and resolution
  • Driving thought leadership in solution brainstorming and helping to create an environment of continual innovation. Understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  • Thinking strategically about client & user needs and provide feedback to product owners for product design and architecture.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of related experience in the following areas:
    • Program Management, Product Management, Deployment/Implementation, and/or Integration Platform strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of FI Order/Trade Product Offering: FIX, RouteHub, TradeHub, STP Solutions, OMS, EMS, Trade Desk, Notice of Executions and Allocations
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including excellent communication and responsiveness
  • Excellent project management, program management, project delivery and organizational skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the desire to assist others in solving issues

We are looking for someone with great platform capabilities, a strong interest and background in working with clients, fintech vendors/partners & technology partners, and an ability to envision a future way of working as a Deployment Director in this dynamic space.

$103,000 – $137,000 per year
