$17.02-$21.27 PER HOUR
GENERAL PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this job is writing and scanning ads for stores, discontinued pricing, subbed items reports, and prepping other vendors for processing. This person is also responsible for running assorted queries, working closely with Sales Directors, entering in critical information to reflect correct gross, researching vendor file errors and providing exceptional customer service. This person assists the Data Systems/eShop Director and Data Systems Manager with leading the Data Systems Specialists and being a positive influence to the team as a whole.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Prepares vendors for processing
• Supports and helps implement to maintain the vision of the Data Systems/eShop Director
• Research and communicates errors found within vendor files
• Maintains unidentified requests pertaining to ad issues for stores
• Ensures end displays and ad items have correct pricing and signage
• Distributes, scans and completes other processing for all ads for store
• Runs assorted queries for stores and to verify information in application is correct
• Responsible to set meetings and prepare information with Sales Directors, Vice Presidents and vendors on a monthly basis
• Involved in the overall success of the Data Systems Team by helping the department meet goals
• Communicates frequently and openly with other team members
• Keeps focused on timely completion of projects and responsibilities
• Assist in meeting and leading data systems and scanning teams
• Communicate effectively with all team members
• Supports Foundation Training teams and communicates opportunities and suggestions
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the Data Systems Team as a whole
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency and maintain focus
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills
• Ability to learn the store and department layouts
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Must possess solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills in order to effectively and efficiently communicate with diverse groups of people
• Must possess the ability to accept constructive review and be accountable for one’s own success
• Required to make logical, significant decisions using general, recognized skills and techniques

Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location
