The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented project manager with a proven capability to manage projects in the marketing, communications, or creative space.

The project manager will drive operational excellence for an enterprise wide, multifunctional creative team, partnering closely with communicators, campaign planners, and creative talent. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and communication skills, with the capability to connect and collaborate across teams. Additionally, the project manager must confidently adapt to a dynamic work environment, prioritizing dozens of projects at any given time while ensuring project deliverables are on schedule and within budget.

This position requires the candidate to be based in the Seattle, WA area, with the capability to occasionally work onsite at the Tukwila, WA, office.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifies project requirements, time constraints and budgets to develop statements of work, project schedules, and estimates
  • Develops project plans for integrated campaigns with multiple deliverables including graphic design, multimedia, web, photo, video, writing and editing
  • Tracks project schedules, estimates to actual costs, documents and communicates changes to the project statement of work, schedule and estimate
  • Resources management, including integrating a network of internal and external resources
  • Ensures accurate project and metrics tracking using our organization’s project management software
  • Coordinates vendor support as needed
  • Monitors workflows for opportunities to streamline and improve; leads process improvement initiatives
  • Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with peers, leadership, business partners and external partners
  • Understands the business goals for the function; ensures that projects are aligned with these priorities and that ultimate deliverables meet these goals

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience with communications project management, either in a corporate or creative agency setting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with Workfront and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with cross-functional teams

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $91,800 – $133,400
