What Will You Be Doing?
The Sr. Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing, branding and advertising plans for the company. Day to day, this may include campaign kickoff and coordination; trafficking of creative assets; co-op partner coordination/optimization; and creation of strategic marketing proposals. This role will also help track results and offer recommendations and insights for optimization to subsequent campaigns. This role will also actively stay informed about the company, industry trends and best practices within marketing.
Essential Functions
- Own the relationship with campaign management vendor and become the internal product expert to implement process flows, automations, and additional items to meet the requirements of the marketing department.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to establish operation, campaign, and project workflows that meet cross pillar business needs.
- Act as the primary contact for partners within the travel industry like airports and destination convention and visitor bureaus.
- Leads day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns across all channels including set up, monitoring and optimization, and reporting for engagement and company-wide hiring efforts.
- Work with marketing team members, other Frontier departments, and business partners to establish and catalog requirements, timelines, and deliverables, to seamlessly execute campaigns and projects.
- Reviews and proofs engagement campaign assets including but not limited to emails, web updates, landing pages, etc.
- Collects, compiles and presents post-campaign reports to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Work with international marketing team, to help craft promotional briefs, evaluate partner proposals and creative, and provide ongoing support.
- Ideate, create and grow airline co-op marketing program inclusive of crafting media recommendations, submitting creative briefs, monitoring and presenting performance, optimizing, building reports, and billing.
- Assists in marketing event strategy, inclusive of planning, execution, and post-mortem reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or related field
- 3-5+ years’ experience working in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of best practices, in email, social, paid media, and other channels.
- Experience working with Oracle Responsys or similar enterprise email marketing tools preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience with digital media platforms including META, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, and DoubeClick.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment with precise attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) or Google equivalents
- Proficient in GA4
- Proficient presentation and oral communication skills
- Proficient writing and copy-editing skills
- Comfortable with web content management systems

- The individual in this role will be required to be extremely organized, have impressive time management skills, and the ability to build and maintain both internal and external business relationships with timely and thorough communication.
