Senior Consultant
Participate in Agile activities to collect, review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements.
Prepare requirements, high-level, low-level design documents, and other technical documents. Determine and propose cost effective system solutions that meet business goals.
Create proof of concepts to provide initial demo on the functionality.
Develop and implement small to medium enhancements for SharePoint, ASP.net, C#, and SSRS applications.
Collaborate with Software Engineers/Developers to select appropriate design solutions or to ensure the compatibility of system components.
Participate in performance improvement, maintenance, and support activities such as batch monitoring, windows service management, and environment management for client’s systems.
Release and Environment Management for the various applications.
Coordinate with business users for issues and resolution.
Coordinate with client’s Managers and Product Owners for task prioritization and delivery.
Coordinate with offshore team to explain project requirements, ensure the timely manner of deliverables, and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
Provide status reports to stakeholders.
May be assigned to and provide products/support to specific industry groups such as automotive, banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, and Information Technology.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related. Five (5) years of any occupation with Information Technology experience, or related. Five (5) years of IT experience, or related must include: Web Technologies: SharePoint, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and jQuery; Business Intelligence Tools/ Techniques: SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS); Framework and Languages: C#, SQL, and PL/SQL; Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and ORACLE; Project Management Tool: JIRA; Agile Methodologies: SAFe Agile or Agile Scrum.
Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute. Salary: $126,402 – $127,402 per year.
