Eko Health seeks a Sr. Commercial Coordinator to join the Marketing Communications team. The Sr. Commercial Coordinator will manage incoming requests, workload priorities, and timelines for all marcom projects. This individual will be responsible for maintaining project/task status, communication with requestors, prioritizing tasks based on business units and product launches, and tracking work resources for approved scope of work.
As the Senior Commercial Coordinator at Eko You Will:
- Receive and document all incoming MarCom requests
- Manage the project management tracking tool to ensure all requests are accounted for and prioritized
- Lead weekly or biweekly sprints with MarCom team to review projects and new incoming requests
- Manage meeting minutes and capture action items
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project/task documentation;
- Work closely with Director of MarCom for visibility of workload and prioritizations
- Monitor and evaluate individual requests and associated workloads
- Maintain communication with requestors on project/task status and deadlines
- Serve as a liaison to move final pieces through the document compliance system
- Collect and report statistics on project work, requests and completion
- Support day-to-day operations of MarCom team
As an Senior Commercial Coordinator, You Have:
- An Associate Degree or 5 years or more coordinating/organizing incoming requests
- Demonstrated tracking and organizational skills

- A competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 – $100,000 plus Bonus and Equity
