Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) leads the successful planning and execution of technical and content SEO for AAA, Inc products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate delivery of SEO content and functionality to support AAA business line and club SEO strategies.
- Provide subject matter expertise on content, schema and keywords that will drive traffic to and conversions on AAA.com through use of modern SEO practices and tools.
- Help stakeholders grow visibility of their products and/or services on search engine result.
- Work with the business analytics and insights teams to monitor SEO performance.
- Provide SEO performance reports to business line stakeholders, club stakeholders and AAA Inc. Staff Officers via direct communications and webinars.
Requirements, Competencies, and Certifications:
- Ability to analyze SEO performance and use industry tools to suggest site improvements.
- Uses time effectively; anticipates obstacles, adjusts priorities as needs change and keeps others informed of progress.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Must have intense attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
- Ability to create and manage SEO projects throughout their lifecycle. Ability to work in an Agile workflow.
- Previous experience working on enterprise-level, cross-functional projects preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Design, or related field and a minimum of three – five (3-5) years of technical SEO experience.
- Experience with web writing, production management, web page design, and HTML required.
- Experience with technical/analytical SEO tools; Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google 4 or 360, and Adobe Insights.
- Experience with content management software required. Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
Hiring Range:
- $75,040 – $87,234
- Position eligible for participation in AAA, Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.

The actual compensation offered will be based on your qualifications and experience.
