This role will act as a financial advisor and business partner for the Chief Strategy Officer, including Program Management and Strategic Initiatives. In addition, in collaboration with our Line of Business Finance Business Partners, this role will be responsible for software development financial planning & analysis for each of our four business segments, Core Solutions, Complementary Solutions, Payment Solutions, and Corporate Services to share business insights, identify financial risk and opportunities, and collaborate on long-term planning. This role will develop and maintain processes and procedures to integrate project management with financial data, enhance leadership reporting, advise on annual budgets, monthly financial forecasts, productivity analysis, and ad hoc analyses or data requests.

This position will be filled to work at any Jack Henry office location or Remotely within the U.S.
The target salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Develop, interpret, and implement financial reporting and analysis for financial planning.
• Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
• Act as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications.
• Prepare special studies, analyses, and recommendations for budgets, business forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, and statistical reports.
• Perform highly complex financial analyses on operating results and business plans.
• Act as a team leader for Capital Planning Module in OneStream.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• A minimum 15 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Finance Operations experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Experience working in a Finance Business Partner Capacity.
• MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification.
• Knowledge of or experience with OneStream, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience creating special reporting, interactive dashboards, or financial modeling.
• Experience in Software Development financial planning.
• Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
• Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
