Senior Account Executive, Uber Eats

About the Role

Senior Account Executives at Uber Eats bring the best local and regional small and medium restaurants to the Uber Eats platform. Who are we looking for? Someone who is natural at selling and knows the best local restaurants, passionate about food and Uber, and enjoys negotiating.

In this role you will lead the full sales cycle and sign partnerships with top local restaurants within the Boston, MA and greater New England market while being a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Your success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota and proactively building your pipeline by managing and hitting the weekly metrics (cold-calls, emails, and field appointments).

What You’ll Do

– Use various sales methods including cold-calling & emailing to creatively and effectively find and cultivate new as well as expand high-value restaurant partnerships
– Collaborate with a portfolio of restaurant partners to help them realize their full potential on the Uber Eats platform through product adoption and vision setting with an end goal of increasing partner satisfaction and retention
– Develop, evaluate, and implement a variety of sales strategies for prospective restaurant partners
– Use data to monitor business and operational impact, and use those insights to provide operational guidance,
– Manage a book of business in creative ways to meet individual and team sales targets
– Find opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential, including multi-product opportunities
– Identify key risks to existing partnerships and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners
– Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
– Work closely and deliver feedback regularly with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Sales Operations, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to help define, develop and implement effective strategies that drive increased value for restaurant partners
– Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners

Basic Qualifications

– 4+ years of experience in a high-growth sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

– Passionate about sales!
– Good communicator and enjoy working on teams that value collaboration
– Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate persistence and perseverance, you aren’t fearful of rejection or cold-calling
– Comfortable thinking on your feet, genuinely curious and like to ask questions
– Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite

For Boston, MA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $61,000 per year – $67,500 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
