Job Overview:
If you love project management and execution planning, you’ll love this role. This role is an essential partner to the Product & Program Management leaders who design customer engagement programs and models. Provides project management support to bring experiments to life and support scaling solutions. You will work cross-functionally and be measured by timelines, deliverables, budget management, and project lifecycles…you have a strong influence on the teams OKR’s: Net Promoter Scores, Client Retention and Growth in net new assets.
Responsibilities:
- Product and/or Program project management; with established frameworks and delivery models
- Managing working groups and steering committee meetings, as facilitator and note taker, planning for next steps in the delivery process.
- Responsible for producing PowerPoint updates on projects on a regular basis
- Working closely with the Finance & Investment planning partners in preparation for investment cases and budget management
- Works closest with National Sales & Marketing business unit, while collaborating around the firm for delivery requirements and planning
- Key stakeholders are National Sales & Marketing, Finance, CLR, Business Development and Service.
- Handles ongoing project updates for own projects including milestones, delivery reporting, and red flags as part of the overall teams dashboard across Client Engagement, Innovation and Delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years professional experience in areas or project management, program management and/or change management
- Preferred experience working in financial services, or a franchise/ affiliate business model
- Prior success with launching new programs, products or service offerings
- Proven track record of collaborating successfully across multiple business units or functions
- Demonstrated ability and desire to influence, and work, within high performing teams
- Experience working all at all levels of any organization, entry through executive tiers
- Proven organizational skills

- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
Pay Range:
$111,120-$166,680/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
