Position Summary
POLYWOOD is looking for a janitor/cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the Roxboro manufacturing plant for 2nd shift. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment throughout the plant including restrooms, offices, production floor, warehouse, and the exterior of the building. Pay starts at $16 per hour. Schedule – Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm.
In this role, you will:
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
• Empty trash and garbage containers in and outside of the facility.
• Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• May operate floor scrubbing machine.

Requirements
- 1 year of janitorial experience required
- Basic knowledge of vacuum sweepers and floor cleaning machines
