JOB SUMMARY
The Seasonal Admin Traffic Controller is responsible for recording delivery tags on grape trucks and keeping track of all tanker traffic. Must keep accurate receiving logs of all inbound and outbound trucks and complete paperwork required for all loads and shipments. This is a seasonal position from appx. July/August – Oct/Nov and requires ability to work the graveyard shift.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Recording inbound and outbound trucks, visitors, and vendors
- Communicate with Crush Lead, Plant Manager, Admin Supervisor, and Winemaking as needed
- Accurately verify count of grape trucks
- Support Security Team
- Paperwork is orderly and accurate

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good analytical and math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work graveyard throughout harvest with minimal supervision
- Support and model all company procedures and policies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Working environment outdoors, with exposure noise levels
- Must be able to frequently lift weights of up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and twisting in the traffic environment
COMPENSATION
- Hiring Hourly Range Posted: $17.50/hr
