Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator will work in a variety of settings while managing the calendars and agendas of key personnel. In this position, you will determine staff needs for event related activities, sort appointments, make travel arrangements and book venues. You are the first point of contact to initiate a seamless scheduling process.
This role will pays a wage of $26.44 to $33.65.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update schedules, calendars, and agendas for employees or clients.
- Confirm the availability of employees and external participants for planned meetings or event requirements.
- Order supplies as inventory becomes low or as needed.
- Responsible for confirming appointments.
- Arrange meeting venues.
- Send out scheduled meeting reminders.
- Ensure to reschedule or cancel meetings in a timely manner.
- Confirm and manage travel bookings/arrangements.
- Oversee timelines of project and associated deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Answer scheduling queries by both email and phone.
- Document scheduling processes and keeping all records up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as an administrative/office assistant.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in stadiums, arenas, and/or convention centers is preferred.
