Responsibilities:
- Service Cloud Experience
- Field Service Experience
- Dispatcher console, FSL Settings, Sharing and Data Visibility, Service Report, FSL Mobile app config and roll out and other FSL Features
- Salesforce Process Automations
- Salesforce Data Model Design and Object Relationships
- FSL Extensions – VF Page, LWC
- Analytics – Reports and Dashboards
- Admin Knowledge – Page Layouts, list Views App Builder, Validations, Profiles etc.
- Advanced Apex knowledge
- High Data Volume scenarios
- Integration Patterns, design and implementation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $101,000 – $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
