What you will do:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders in our CSB (Commercial Small Business) sales and operations division. Your primary focus will be on facilitating decision-making processes by preparing and delivering materials and analyses that provide credible insights and support for these decisions. You will conduct comprehensive deep dive analyses to uncover patterns, root causes, and emerging trends that influence CSB Field strategy. These analyses will serve as a foundation for driving data-driven recommendations and innovative solutions aimed at transforming ADT’s Field sales and operations channels. Using data analytics and your strategic acumen, you will develop structured plans, define actionable steps, and establish measurable metrics. Subsequently, you will execute these plans, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive tangible results and contribute to our continued success.
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in business and/or quantitatively-focused program
- Sophisticated Excel skills and strong modeling and financial valuation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex information
What will set you apart:
- Proven track record of holding leadership positions / leading teams
- High interest in pursuing career opportunities in business strategy, internal consulting type roles
- Prior experience with Tableau, Alteryx or equivalent tools

- $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
