Overview
This role is also for a Product Manager within the Route Planning and Optimization Business Area. (Order Fulfillment) The Product Manager is a passionate leader looking for new solutions for the business, who truly enjoys working with a team, designing and delivering great products. The Product Manager is responsible for having a deep knowledge of the industry so that they can create a mutli-year product vision and a rolling roadmap. The Product Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and accepting features and working with Product Owners and partner Teams to ensure they are well understood.
In this role, you will apply a deep knowledge of Order Fulfillment as we re-platform the current solution to a vendor package. You will deliver on the technology roadmap that supports the objectives using an Agile framework.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Route Planning and Optimization Team to design, build, implement and deploy end-to-end solutions.
- Support decision-making for Route Planning and Optimization (Order Fulfillment)
- Ensure solutions meet PepsiCo technical standards and support business functions for Order Fulfillment.
- Collaborate solutions with the Route Planning and Optimization Team, Overall Commercial Team as well as the PepsiCo Global Template Team
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities
- Ensure lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the Markets, especially around interfaces to PBNA external systems.
- Collaborate with all scrum to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology.
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies.
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders; research industry trends; and understand changing customer expectations to create the (multi-year) Vision and (rolling-multi-PI) Roadmap
- Refine and force-rank prioritizes Features in the Program (or similar) Backlog prior to PI Planning (or similar)
- Accept Features when they are delivered.
- Collaborate with Product Owners (and Teams) to decompose Features into Stories which the Teams will deliver.
- Partner with Architects, Data Product Managers, and Data Engineers to prioritize key technical Enablers.
- Works with Product Owners to ensure integrated System Demos are successful.
- Work closely with the IT Lead to stay in line with business goals and ensure the features are properly described and prioritized.
- Support integrated system demos and end user testing activities.
- Correctly identifies technical needs and requirements of external and internal stakeholders.
- Constantly develops new skills in the field of new ways of working and technology.
- Support the creations and maintenance of the Product multi-year vision and multi-program increment (quarter) roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, IT Platform Managers, System Architects, and Teams to refine features to ensure they are desirable, viable, and sustainable and have clear, meaningful benefit hypothesis and acceptance criteria.
- Continuously verifies stated assumptions and reacts adequately to unforeseen situation
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 91,100 – $ 152,450
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Use terms below as applicable for annual or quarterly bonus, premium bonus, LTI, etc.:]
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually.

Qualifications
- 8 years of professional technical experience including Development and Delivery and/or consulting experience.
- Good knowledge of business and technology and a deep, tactical way of thinking
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the software development process.
- Deep understanding of software architecture in his or her area
- Current Technical skills including an acumen to constantly develop new skills required to support the business.
Required Skills
- Strong process and technical acumen (Demonstrated technical and organizational skills required)
- Demonstrated business analysis and leadership, evidenced through requirements gathering, business modelling, and structured communications to drive processes and product development forward.
- Proven ability to map business requirement to technical solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the Order Fulfillment business area
- Demonstrated knowledge of the software change management activities that are required following a release.
- Deep knowledge of relevant technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in running large impact projects within the organization.
- Deep and broad experience with Go to Market processes.
- Functional knowledge of Transportation Management is a plus.
- Functional Knowledge of Ortec TM Solutions is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SAP and SAP S4 is a plus.
- Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to Order Fulfillment and Go to Market
- Knowledge of solutions deployed within PepsiCo in Order Fulfillment and Go to Market
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with peers and 2 levels up.
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project
- Solves highly complex problems within their work team.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
- Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
