Position Summary: Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed
- Utilize specialized software to validate store orders
- Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors or omissions
- Other projects or duties as assigned
