Summary:
As an Entry-Level Research Analyst in Business Development in Juneau, AK, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to identify federal contract opportunities, analyze market trends, and assist in the preparation of winning proposals. This role will provide you with valuable exposure to the federal contracting landscape and the opportunity to develop essential research and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Work closely with our federal business development team to support their efforts.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitors.
- Support collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business development strategies.
- Assist with creating reports and presentations to communicate research findings to the team.
- Maintain databases and records of research findings for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in various business development initiatives and projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous professional work experience in either a Support, Analyst or Administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
- Prior internship or coursework related to market research or business development is a plus.
- Possess basic knowledge of CRMs.
- Possess project coordination skills.
- Ability to develop/write reports, business correspondence, presentations, etc.
The salary range for this position is $51,600.00-$74,800.00 annually.
