Role Overview
In line with our unyielding commitment to excellence, we seek an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This role seeks to harness the vast talents of attorneys across Washington State. Given the transition of many court hearings to Zoom, remote work has become an integral facet of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in diverse family law matters, spanning divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division, among others.
- Undertake legal research, draft pleadings, and deliver informed legal advice.
- Team up with our in-house cadre to ensure impeccable service delivery.
- Engage in remote court hearings and consultations.
- Stay up to date with Washington State family laws to ensure unwavering compliance and adopt best practices.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Washington State Bar License.
- A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in family law.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and analytical prowess.
- Adeptness in a hybrid working framework, harmonizing remote tasks with occasional office visits in Vancouver.
