As a Regional Datacenter Program Manager, you will focus on network Break/Fix operations and provide leadership and direction in establishing network roadmaps, staffing efficiencies, process improvements, and governance for DC Operations strategy that will support our current and future growth. In this role you will work collaboratively with all CO+I stakeholders to support Networking Availability and Growth for the organization driving excellence in service through industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Support a strategic vision and implementation plan for regional datacenter operations that will position the organization for future capacity and growth.
- Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with partners to resource plans for Break/Fix operations, program and project delivery, and ongoing operational support.
- Collaborate with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Datacenter Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during Break/Fix operations and project planning and execution.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
- Perform day-to-day project check-in and updates to manage Break/Fix and project delivery and quality.
- Create and maintain a program to identify best-practices, design process and procedure documents, and socialize those across the region.
- Create lessons learned documentation, best practices, and innovations on existing process/procedures and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Establish data analytics to evaluate the process change efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND 2+ years experience delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments
- OR 3+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations with experience in a production, mission-critical, 24×7 operations environment.
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Project and Program management in large complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Experience working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, and Switching.
- Experience in structured process improvement and efficiency gains (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Data Center Operations Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $99,000 – $195,000 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $129,500 – $216,000 per year.
Data Center Operations Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $125,400 – $224,500 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $166,000 – $249,000 per year.
