Reference Data Analyst | Boston – Hybrid
I’m working with an innovative investment firm seeking a Senior Reference Data Analyst to join their growing engineering and operations team. This person will be responsible for building the foundation for their long-term data analytics infrastructure that directly supports the investment team.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with portfolio managers to identify new data sources
- Manage the data flow of reference data within internal databases and vendor applications like Aladdin and Eagle PACE
- Write new data quality reports to ensure reference data is accurate and consistent
- Make recommendations to improve quality of data using Python, SQL, and Excel
- Develop new workflows to meet business need
- Provide analysis to new business stakeholders as needed
We’re Looking for Teammates With:
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- Experience with SQL
- Working knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin or Eagle PACE
- Experience with Python is a plus!
- Experience with industry investment tools like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet
- Passion for data and curiosity for investment data
