This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager to build and implement a recruiting strategy for Stella-Jones.
Experience & Expertise Required:

  • Designing, developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Building and developing employer brands.
  • Leveraging multiple recruitment methods and philosophies to attract and identify diverse candidates.
  • Identifying current talent acquisition trends and updating procedures and processes as needed.
  • Identifying and standardizing sourcing tools and technologies to effectively seek out passive qualified candidates.
  • Creating and maintaining a standard feedback process to ensure a structured approach to hiring decisions.
  • Providing reporting and advice to senior leaders on the talent acquisition function as needed or requested.
  • Building and maintain KPIs and Metrics.
  • Maintaining compliance within the talent acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Coordinating onboarding as requested.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience building a Talent Acquisition strategy from the ground up for a manufacturing company (not an RPO firm for that manufacturing company)
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management experience.
  • SHRM Certification preferred, but not required.

Salary Range: $90k – $120k
