Peraton is currently seeking to hire a KM Project Manager for its Federal Strategic Cyber program.
This role is located on-site in Arlington, VA.
In this position and role, you will:
- Manage team to plan and execute SharePoint and Web development tasks; Coordinate Integrated Operations Division Hub Site and Permissions Projects
- Standardize user requirements gathering and validation, sprint planning, development and demos, testing, and training processes
- Guide the team and customer in the adoption of the agile methodologies; define and scope Knowledge Management (KM) projects, document requirements, and applications functionality
- Provide guidance in pursuing innovative solutions to achieve customer goals and objectives
- Guide team in providing critical solutions and excellent customer service providing out of the box and customized websites
- Provide the customer monthly report and ad hoc summaries concerning SharePoint site development and maintenance issues
- Support the customer and team in business process management, workflow management, teamwork, and content management
- Support team in design, test, and delivery of Knowledge Management and SharePoint Online solutions; design/create sites, templates, web parts, content types, lists, and libraries
- Conduct Division and Branch KM Assessment to measure KM maturity and identify KM priorities
- Support solution design for organizations’ processes, collaboration, communication, and learning
- Review and help assess communication initiatives to varied audiences; perform quality assurance reviews on written products to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years related technical experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD) for continued employment.
- Working knowledge or experience with Agile ceremonies, or ScrumMaster certification
- Working knowledge or experience with two of the following:
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Power BI
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Experience with interfacing SharePoint to Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or Visio

Salary Range
Salary Minimum: $72,500
Salary Mid: $145,000
Salary Maximum: $181,300
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
