Title: Provider Network Analyst
Starting Salary: $54,376
Job Summary: The Provider Network Analyst maintains collaborative relationships with the provider network, often acting as a liaison between OCHN and the provider. The Provider Network Analyst is responsible for the contract management of assigned contracts. The Provider Network Analyst is responsible for the implementation of Provider Network and Performance Improvement activities in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of OCHN, federal and state laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. This includes the facilitating of improvement teams, report preparation, data analysis, performance monitoring, developing standards, implementing improved processes and systems.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the management and oversight of assigned provider contracts and contract performance and compliance.
- Facilitate communication between provider network, OCHN teams and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Utilize the ODIN electronic record system as necessary.
- Ability to manage projects, develop and implement work plans.
- Analyzing Power BI dashboards.
- Representative for internal and external committee groups.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with provider network, OCHN staff, MDHHS, and other community stakeholders.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in the health care field. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of ASAP model system by MDHHS.
- Knowledge of NCQA standards.
- Knowledge of Oakland County Community Mental Health Providers.
- Knowledge of the Medicaid Provider Manual.
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Oakland County Grants.

Additional Information:
(Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.):
- Must have available means of transportation to and from OCHN and for required offsite meetings or site visits.
- Must be available for meetings and events which may occur outside of standard office hours.
- Work performed primarily in an office environment.
- Hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule available.
