Provider Compensation Specialist – WFH

Excellent Opportunity for Full Time Provider Compensation Specialist

  • Fully Remote Position
  • Strong Computer Skills including knowledge of automated payroll system and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in cloud base application including Excel, Webex, API, and Heisenberg 2 (H2)
  • Accuracy and Detailed Focused
  • Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities and follow through to accomplish results.
  • 40-hour work week Monday- Friday
  • Non- Exempt Position

Pay range $21.55- Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.

Education & Experience

  • High School Graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
  • 2 years of automated payroll and compensation processing experiences, healthcare experience preferred

Job Summary-

Supports day to day coordination and administration of Provider Compensation and related contract operations management.
