Summary:
The Marketing & Innovation Program Manager is responsible for managing the Marketing, Marketing & Creative Services and Innovation Project Management programs and systems. Responsibilities also includes leading key Marketing and Innovation projects for the function.
This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote on Monday and Friday and in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Bridges the strategy and needs for a project with the execution by outlining execution strategies and structuring the workload requirements for the Marketing & Creative Services team and the Marketing Channels team along with the relevant cross-functional interdependencies.
- Provides strategic capacity planning/workload allocation and creates solutions for integrating new scope into current workflows/workloads in efficient ways
- Creates execution strategies for the programs and projects on hand and in alignment with the VP and Directors, leads capacity planning within the department, including assigning work to relevant teams/individuals
- Supports department with internal product and innovation management tools PIP (Homeport) management (monitoring progress of projects through system).
- Works with the VP of Marketing to establish baselines and KPIs for the programs in scope, including capacity planning, workloads, number of projects per headcount/team, and budgeting.
- Establishes and maintains relevant trackers for the program and reports as needed on established metrics.
- Creates, tracks, and maintains budget tracking; not responsible for submission of invoices/receipts/etc.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management Sales/Marketing/Innovation experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in SmartSheet, Microsoft solutions, Adobe, SAP
- Experience managing creative and consumer packaging projects
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university;; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the seafood industry preferred

This is a Salaried – Exempt position with an annualized salary range of: $90,000 – $120,000.
