This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Manager Internal,you will be responsible for:
- Defining supply chain strategy.
- Managing projects in support of operations.
- Defining project scope and objectives, involvingall relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Facilitating and implementing detailed solutionsfor complex project challenges by working with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Achieving on-time, on-budget, and goal-baseddelivery of high-profile projects.
- Activity and resource planning for the program.Work closely with cross-functional teams including SCM, strategic purchasing,engineering, product management, marketing & sales, quality and regulatory,ECC, and third party to define, develop and maintain the project plan andresource plan.
- Managing changes to the project scope, projectschedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and managing projectrisks. Work closely with cross-functional team to provide effectivemitigations. Provide clear and timely communication to the management team andstake holders on a regular basis.
- Monitoring program progress and team performanceand provide regular reports to management team and stake holders. Organizingand motivating the team to meet the program goals.
- Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction byfollowing all regulations, standards, and company processes throughout allphrases of the program.

- Certification may be required in some areas.
- Minimum 5 years proven track record of projectmanagement.
- Demonstrates applied leadership to matrixproject teams, third party vendors and working within a large corporate structure.
- Demonstrates significant knowledge of projectmanagement.
- Demonstrates leadership skills in a technicalenvironment.
- Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledgeof specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability todevelop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict managementskills. You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating withstakeholders at all levels both within and external to the company.
- Excellent analytical skills, with an ability tocommunicate complex issues in a simple way.
- Ability to translate strategy into action,strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expert user of Microsoft Project or equivalentproject management tool.
- Capability to build structures (WBS, RACI,reporting, resource planning, budget planning).
- Effective and collaborative Englishcommunication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to travel at least 20%.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Single use medical device experience.
- Working experience with medical devicemanufacturing is highly desired.
- Working experience with global team is highlydesired.
- PMI or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience leading in an Agile environment.
The pay range for this position is $120,000 – $130,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
