The Opportunity
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables.
- Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule
- Project coordination between other design disciplines.
- Assisting with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
- Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed
- Develop, with the oversight of the Project Manager, Change Orders or other contractual documents between the Client and the Design Team
- Prepare, track and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the Client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design.
- Support the Project manager with project reporting as required
- Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
- Support the creation of various management plans required for the project.
- Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
- Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.

Qualifications
Required:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or a Masters Degree in the field of Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
- Sound knowledge of engineering fundamentals
- Professional demeanor
- Good communication skills essential for team-based working
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to work independently or as part of a large team
- Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

New York City Hiring Range – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City, NY is $24.00 to $34.00 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York City, NY will differ.
