Details:
We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Project Controls and Operations Individual to join our team. Work will be performed onsite in Evendale, OH. This role does require an Active US Government Clearance.
Principal Responsibilities for an Engineering Project Controls and Operations Individual include but are not limited to the following:
Task 1: Manage Financial Data by Creating and Maintaining Program Dashboard:
• Modify excel based dashboard from Spotfire using Python code for program specific needs (weekly).
• Input weekly financial data for comparison to planned work activity.
• Publish weekly updates for Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to use in managing program spend and progress:
• Participate in meetings.
• EVM and Form 7 support:
– Support existing schedulers and CAMs to ensure that all team members have the data they need.
– Support activities to ensure the team is on schedule with getting their data into the excel based dashboard.
Task 2: Coordinate Interface Control Documents (ICDs):
• Maintain schedule of ICD need dates in excel based dashboard by coordinating with ICD systems (i.e., tracking set up, training, need dates, and reviews / approvals).
• Support creation and maintenance of ICD documents (inputting and managing data).
• Track status of critical ICDs.
Task 3: Create and Distribute Agendas for Technical Reviews and Product Control Board Meetings
• Manage agenda for weekly reviews using Outlook and Excel.
• Record and maintain meeting minutes including relevant Action Items (AIs).
• Track major AIs and follow up with AI owners to completion.
Task 4: Manage Contract Deliverable (CDRL) / Sub-Contract Deliverable (SDRL) documents for submittal to clients.
• Track schedule for all CDRL deliverables.
• Support activities to ensure completion of all deliverables on time.
• Ensure that the format is the same across the board.
• Coordinate submittals.
Requirements needed for role of Engineering Project Controls and Operations Individual include:
• An active clearance is required
• Must be well versed in MS Excel.
• Strong aptitude with MS Office products, particularly MS Excel.
• Experience with Python is preferred by not required.
• Local to Cincinnati, OH is required as this work will be performed onsite in Evendale, OH.
• Associates of Science degree in related field or 3+ years equivalent work experience.
• Some technical, or aerospace background is desired but not required. Emphasis on experience working with Engineers.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple / competing deadlines effectively.
• Due to the nature of the work being done all applicants must be U. S. Citizens.
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary of $66,560 to $74,880 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
