HYBRID opportunity – This role will perform on-site observations, process mapping and SOP documentation at various Napa-area sites.

About the role

TWE is seeking a strong Project Analyst to support the continuation of a multi-layered HR and Payroll-related initiative. This role will handle confidential, sensitive and professional privilege information, and is responsible for data capture and verification, reporting and analysis and workshopping potential solutions. It will also manage tracking, forecasting and reporting on project progress, including metrics and challenges. This is a contract role that will run at least 12 months but has the potential to extend beyond the initial timeframe.

About you

  • You have a proven track record of project delivery (experience supporting HR and compliance projects highly desired).
  • You have excellent attention to detail with ability to work with large data sets coming from different sources and setups, rolling those into a final version with insights.
  • You understand how interpret compliance documentation, turning them into actionable items.
  • You are analytical with strong reporting skills. You not only provide information, but you also build insights.
  • You have Advanced Excel skills including Visual Basic/Macros.
  • You have strong dashboard building/developing skills (ideally Power BI knowledge) and you have PowerPoint skills.
  • You know how to process map and link multiple data sources.
  • You are proactive with strong communication skills.
  • You can manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $120,000 to $133,000 for a 12-month contract. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
