About the Role:
You will play a critical role in implementing & documenting our Career Center programs in a timely and operationally efficient way. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with software & technology solution development and how that intersects with the day-to-day operating side of the business. You’ll be executing various tasks, such as Career site setups and configurations, content management system updates, social media, email newsletters, other marketing channels, to name a few.
How you will make an impact:
- Collaborate with our clients and all Wiley technical and operational stakeholders to understand and implement program requirements
- Conduct research and analyze requirements to implement optimal configuration of programs
- Effectively communicate internally and externally to support the accurate & smooth delivery of requirements
- User acceptance test and resolve issues in implementation work prior to client delivery
- Advise on and advocate for program set-up enhancements or improvements
- Advise on and advocate for program delivery enhancements or improvements
- Monitor program implementations post-launch to ensure they’re working as expected and delivering expected results
- Prepare reports and review for accuracy
- Effectively communicate, prioritize and manage multiple and varied tasks to achieve delivery due dates
- Ensure a best-in-class experience for our clients
- Develop an expert understanding of our software products in order to guide & train customers, manage their expectations and test new functionality where applicable
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology stack, and how this aligns to our operations, to validate that proposed solutions are scalable and drive value
- Understand objectives, acquire commercial knowledge and articulate the implementation plans that are aligned to requirements
- Develop excellent documentation and plans to manage accuracy, risk, scope and improve efficiency
- Contribute to and create streamlined collateral such as implementation and training guides & instructions
- Clearly and accurately report on implementation status and client service
- Track all risks and issues and support the resolution of issues
- Implement key project deliverable tasks using technology and operational systems
What we are looking for:
- University Degree preferred, or related experience
- Experience with technology & tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, Google Analytics; experience with Smartsheet, Zapier, Content Management Systems, Image Editing, Marketing Platforms (in particular Social Media Advertising Platforms; Email Platforms) are an asset
- Experience with stakeholder communication across a broad spectrum of roles and level
- Proven track record of understanding customer needs that result in viable implementation plans
- Client delivery, customer success, marketing operations or project management experience
- A combination of strategic awareness and operational delivery
- Excellent professional communicator with time management skills
- Highly organized and process driven, analytical and creative
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced development environment and successfully delivering multiple projects
- Strong advocate in experimentation of approach and processes. Applying those learnings to improve business outcomes
- Proficient understanding and experience of agile methodologies and practices
- Demonstrate curiosity into how things work, enjoy asking questions and connecting the dots on what you learn.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The target base pay range for this position is USD $50,400 to $68,800. This range represents Wiley’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
