Amazon’s Devices & Services Penetration Testing (DSPT) Team is seeking a Program Manager to join our team and support the management of our operations. This role will focus on providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers in the Devices organization, supporting our high security bar, and ensuring a practical approach based on our business security priorities.
Key job responsibilities
The Penetration Testing Program Manager will be the operations manager for our internal and external penetration testing teams, ensuring the timely allocation, scheduling and resourcing of every engagement. As the face of the operational team, the successful candidate will represent DSPT to our customers across the business and ensure that we remain customer obsessed at all times.
• Manage the full life-cycle of penetration testing engagements
• Manage and develop the relationships with our internal third-party penetration testing teams
• Review and allocate engagements to our testing teams
• Maintain budget tracking through ownership of the procurement process for our external testing teams
• Engage with program managers within and outside of Amazon Security to develop mechanisms that will support more effective and efficient testing processes
• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex projects
• Track metrics and delivery against program goals and implement proposals to improve program services, efficiency, and consistency
• Collaborate and communicate with leadership, partner teams, and service owners
• Drive internal program and process improvements
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities

The Devices and Services Penetration Testing (DSPT) team is a world-class security team who ensure the delivery of secure devices to our customers by conducting offensive security testing. We are a fast-paced team who work at the forefront of technical security, assuring that our products continue to be industry-leading in their security as well as their features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– 3+ years experience of working directly within security assurance teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
