As Program Manager, Compliance & Policy, you will serve a critical role in supporting the compliance team and our internal partner teams (including legal, transportation risk & compliance) to support regular cadence and ad hoc risk assessments and monitoring execution of mitigation action measures across relevant business teams. You will be responsible for partnering with multiple internal teams that manage and control Amazon DSP controls and work diligently to obtain a deep understanding of the Amazon DSP, our partner teams, and various processes and protocols to manage risk with the Last mile organization. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to details aptitudes as well as strong data-driven mindset and capabilities, but also excellent soft skills for stakeholder management and earning trust. A successful candidate will have a passion for improving the customer experience and program management practices, diving deep into problem solving, finding ways to introduce structure in an ambiguous space, and developing standard processes and protocols.
Key job responsibilities
* Launching and managing workflows for monitoring risk assessments and mitigation action planning execution
* Coordinating training of key stakeholders and creating processes for aligning internal team needs with those stakeholders
* Developing a deep understanding of the business and internal programs, processes, and systems
* Building collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Tech, Program, Field, and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor stakeholder execution
* Leading continuous improvement projects
* Establishing audit and other mechanisms to ensure the ongoing quality of the program

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
– Knowledge of litigation and regulatory processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
