As our company grows, we realize we have a missing piece and that’s where you come in! We are looking for a Program Manager who will take the lead on managing programs of work belonging to our Business Systems and Business Operations groups. The Program Manager will report directly to the Director of Business Systems. This is a full-time fully remote role.

You will:
- Create a framework for program and project governance
- Develop and optimize systems, processes, tools, and standards that improve program and project outcomes
- Coordinate internal resources and determine and advise on when external resources are needed.
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate the status of programs and projects throughout their lifecycle
- Identify and manage scope change, issue and risk; facilitate mitigation through relevant stakeholders and governance processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables
- Report on and prioritize competing needs across multiple teams and projects with sound judgment.
- Regularly assess current practices and recommend ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform work independently with little or no direct supervision
- Serve as a partner to cross-functional areas and perform a range of related tasks that add value to the company
Requirements
- The ability to keep work hours that overlap with 9a-5p Eastern, M-F
- Additionally, as a global company with many stakeholders in the UK and Europe, there will be occasional times where you need to accommodate an earlier or later meeting
- 5 or more years of experience managing operational projects and programs
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
- Strong familiarity with a range of program management best practices
- The ability to describe complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- A strong commitment to collaborative work in a remote environment
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Google Workspace, and Lucid Suite
- Strategic mindset, ability to see the “big picture” and translate to operational execution
- Strong organization skills, flexible, professional & ability to juggle competing priorities with professionalism
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) related projects
- Previous experience supporting projects originating within the Executive Team
- Experience in the SaaS industry
- Previous remote work experience

The hiring range for this role is: $119,500 – $140,500 USD Annually
DNSFilter is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
