Program Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Project Coordinator to support tactical engineering activities to accomplish mission goals to include participating in technical review meetings, product demonstrations, status reporting of capability development activities, and reporting milestone goals and achievements. Candidate will have experience coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities.

The successful candidate will:

  • Act as the Liaison between the Program Management Office (PMO) and the Government customer to provide support in the investigation, development, and sustainment of mission capabilities; provide impact assessment to key stakeholders
  • Bridge the gap between customer requirements, mission capabilities, and strategic goals. Attend meetings, briefings, and demonstrations. Produce and report findings to management
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordination of resources
  • Assist in developing and preparing cost performance reports
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, interviews, and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program tasks
  • Assist with status reporting and development of quad charts for management
  • Assist in the review and tracking of technical resumes
  • Monitor quality and ensure adherence to established standards
  • Have the ability to regularly handle confidential documents and situations and strong business acumen and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any technical or business field from accredited university
  • At least 10 years of related experience is required
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
  • Candidate must be highly organized, thorough, self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing. Extensive collaboration with project personnel and partner/customer groups is required
  • Experience coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
  • Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks

Target Salary Range

$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
