JOB INFORMATION
The Program Coordinator position will report to the Deputy Director of Technology & Innovation. They will be responsible for managing complex cross-departmental projects – which may include special duties and assignments – with a focus on offering outstanding customer experiences and high-quality services to residents.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, public administration, project management, or a related field; and a minimum of three (3) years of full-scope software systems implementation experience.

Highly Desirable:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification,
  • Scrum / Agile / Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications/experience,
  • Graduate or professional degree,
  • Applied Lean Six Sigma certifications/experience,
  • Customer journey/process mapping experience,
  • Comfortable with public speaking, and
  • Experience/certifications with the Salesforce platform.
