Your role in our mission
- Work with a team to assemble a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of eLearning modules, webinars, instructor led training, recordings, and other training methods.
- Deliver internal training, client trainings, and trainings to our providers.
- Create and edit engaging learning activities and course content using a variety of tools, including but not limited to, Captivate, Teams, and MS Office tools.
- Follow project standards and approved styles and assure the quality of content through self-checks, peer review, quality review, course survey and functional testing.
- Adjust to the needs of our clients monthly because of client feedback, support findings, software/policy changes, and other opportunities to improve.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of experience working with instructional design, adult learning, and training methodologies for both on-site and on-line presentations is required.
- One to two years of Health Insurance experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to deliver various training styles ensuring participants are engaged.
- Excellent presentation and speaking skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate in small groups, face to face and on-line.
- Ability to work independently, follow project schedules, and adhere to internal timelines, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines.
What you should expect in this role
- Must be a resident of the state of Mississippi.
- Hybrid work environment. Required to be in the office as needed for face-to-face trainings and/or meetings with the remainder of time being remote. The office is located in the Ridgeland, MS area.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connectivity when working from home..
- Employees working-from-home may be required to report to the office, at times, to support work efforts.

The pay range for this position is $48,300.00 – $69,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
