NOW STARTING AT $19.11 and our shift differential for third shift is now $1.50. The Krusteaz Company, a leader in the food industry has a 3rd shift opening for Production Operator. This position is responsible for supporting all areas of production involved with packaging dry food products according to customer and company specifications, packing, trucking, stacking, counting, wrapping, weighing, cleaning and operating machinery.
Duties include all aspects of processing dry mix and not limited to data entry, record keeping, lifting 50 pounds several times per shift, using a forklift to transfer product, filling or emptying semi-trailers, and other requirements of the job.
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am

Key Requirements & Environmental Factors

- Lift 50 Pounds
- Use your entire body to bend, twist, push, pull, reach, squat, climb, maneuver, stand walk, sit, and lean in awkward positions in order to perform the variety of tasks at each level.
- Speak clearly and politely into the radio
- Complete training for forklift certification
- Wear all required PPE (Steel or composite-toed shoes, uniforms, safety glasses, bump cap, hair nets, and fall protection if necessary)
- Must be able to work at heights (a couple of tasks require short periods of working at heights)

2) Excellent Pay- Starting Pay is $19.11 per hour for Level 1. After Level 2 certification, pay jumps to $20.94, AND there are annual level increases based on market and budget factors. Levels 3 and 4 pay even more and perform project work and leadership tasks.Plus $1.50 shift differential.
3) Incentive Pay -Quarterly bonus incentives – earn up to 9% per quarter based on safety, quality, and other metrics.
