What you will do:

Responsible for leading or supporting the implementation of Commercial Product’s health and ancillary initiatives (e.g., product and plan builds, program implementations), from the creation of business requirements through build and test to market launch. Serves as a Product SME and collaborates with teams across the organization to ensure departmental and business objectives are met.

The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.

Product Development:
• Lead or support the implementation of project initiatives targeted at enhancing Commercial Product’s health and ancillary portfolio and its associated programs, vendors, and system capabilities.
• Identify, create, and support the delivery of business requirements for Product initiatives that meet customer and organizational needs.
• Supports and coordinates components of operational readiness and product launch, ensuring execution is in line with business objective.
• Track, monitor, and drive the progress of projects, action items, and strategies that are identified by the leadership team.
• Support and coordinate new product development including product benefit plan detail design, execution, project management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, operations, and management reporting with cross functional teams.
• Participate in testing activities (e.g., UAT, post-implementation validation) to identify and resolve any project issues prior to implementation and ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Commercial Product’s health and ancillary portfolio, including State and Federal regulations, supporting system capabilities, services, vendors, and care programs.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships inside/outside of the organization, and is skilled in leading, facilitating productive team meetings.
• Skilled in identifying stakeholders and is effective in driving collaboration and clarity around key objectives.
• Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for products developed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate technical dependencies and craft timelines and plans for integrated product releases.
• Perform, support, and collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives that support member growth and retention.
• Lead, support, or participate in the execution of communication, testing and training plans in coordination with segment/corporate strategy.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the development process to ensure business, member and operational needs are effectively met as Product initiatives are implemented.

What you will need:

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in product design, development, and/or management
• Broad thinker with the ability to relate business trends to enterprise strategies and opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to act in a consultative role with multi levels and areas of business.
• Ability to understand marketplace dynamics and relevancy and implications to business strategy.
• Understanding of the Health Care industry, including Federal & State laws related to health and/or ancillary products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, plan, and manage multiple timelines and deliverables.

Education:
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience

To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases.

Annualized Salary Range: $78,800-128,100

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $78,800-98,500

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
